About Us :

Initially set up in 2007, Dance2Fitness was the brainchild of Jules Dymond.

Our aim is to provide a varied, challenging and yet fun series of dance and fitness classes aimed at all ages.

Now entering our fifth year, classes have expanded to incorporate Zumba® Fitness, one of the World's fastest growing fitness programmes, fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic dance and fitness workout that will blow you away.

 

Our Instructors:

 

Jules Dymond

Jules has been teaching dance and fitness to the masses for over 25 years, having gained instructional qualifications in Personal Training, Fitness Pole Dance, Katana, Cheer-Leading and of course the ever popular Zumba® Fitness.

 

Brian Dymond

 

Brian, a keen dance and fitness enthusiast for the past 10 years, is currently studying to become both a Fitness Pole and Zumba® Fitness Instructor whilst taking a level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage.

 

 

Virginia Dellino-Musgrave

Vir has a Ballet and Modern dance background and has been teaching dance and fitness classes for over 20 years. Her qualifications are in Exercise to Music, Dance and Ballet Fusion, Fitness Pole Dance, Dance Pilates, and Zumba® Fitness. Under the instruction of Michael King, Malcolm Muirhead and Noula Coombs (founders of the Pilates Institute), she also qualified as a CYQ/NVQ Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
