An exciting and invigorating fitness class with a difference! Learn a new skill whilst increasing upper body strength, balance, improved posture & all-over tone! Fun & enjoyment is the name of this class & you will have plenty of both!

Fitness Pilates :
Has been developed over 10 years. It is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates format. The research has fine tuned the original exercise’s making them more ‘functional’ for the modern day client, helping to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility and aid mobility. Fitness Pilates has also been developed to include many extra dimensions including functional training, the use of soft mini balls, bands, weights and sequencing. Like all group exercise, Fitness Pilates can be taught in many different levels to suit all age ranges and abilities. (Conditions apply)

BodyBlast Bootcamp Fitness :
A new, fresh and innovative complete body conditioning class, designed to give an amazing body shaping routine for all those problem areas! New core training ideas to strengthen abdominal and back muscles! A variety of class formats will be used to ensure all over tone and improved body shape as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness! This is a class intended to kick-start the body back on the road to fitness - working hard is the key! (Conditions apply)

Fitness 1-2-1 :
An hours’ session designed specifically for your needs! A private consultation and fitness test will give you your starting point, with regular updates to determine your progress! The exercise undertaken is your choice - Fitness Pole Dance, Fitness Pilates, Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, Dance, Soft Mini-Balls, weights, etc. If you are bored doing the same exercises, combine 2 or 3 different activities in one session - you will be guaranteed positive results!

Hula ‘n’ Tone :
Utilising a Hula Hoop combined with toning exercise’s, this is a workout that provides cardiovascular conditioning whilst strengthening abdominal and back muscles! Have fun and shape up whilst learning the odd trick or two!!

Combo Fitness :
A six-week rota of a variety of fitness exercise classes, incorporating Step, Aerobics, Circuit Training, Martial-Art Aerobics, Soft Mini-Balls, Hula Hoops, etc! The mixture of fitness classes each week will keep you interested whilst increasing cardiovascular fitness, improved body shape and an enhanced feeling of well-being!

Let’s Dance :
A stimulating and fun way to keep fit! Learn a variety of dance styles to an exciting fusion of toe-tapping music! You do not have to be a Gene Kelly to enjoy learning new dance moves; all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Line Dance :
An easy and fun way to keep active in body and mind! Learn a variety of dance steps and patterns then put them together to create some fabulous dances. A wide variety of music is played so everyone can enjoy this class!

EXERCISE ADVICE : It is essential that you choose a class that is suitable for your own fitness level and ability – if you are unsure, please ask your instructor for advice. Completion of a pre-exercise questionnaire before starting any dance/fitness class is essential.
